Non-personalised cups range between $32-$35
Personalised cups range between $37-$40
Do the cups get too hot to hold?
For those who drink milk coffees, barista’s usually only heat the milk between 60-65 degrees which doesn’t cause the cup to become too hot. However, if you are a Long Black or Tea drinker, we do recommend you purchase a silicone heat band to go with your cup for some added heat protection.
Where are your cups made?
Our cups are handmade by us in our studio located on Bribie Island, Queensland.
How much is shipping?
Shipping within Australia start at $10 & increases depending on the number of cups you purchase.
Do you ship internationally?
We do ship worldwide. Please allow up to 14business day to receive your order. Please note that once the package has left Australia, we are not responsible if the product gets lost in transit. If the product arrives damaged, we will happily replace it given you let us know within the first 3 days of your package arriving. We suggest you check your product carefully when you receive it. You will be required to provide photo evidence.
Do your cups fit in car cup holders?
The majority of our cups do fit in car cup holders. However, as our cups are wheel thrown on our pottery wheel, we do come across the odd fat one that won’t fit.

How long do your cups take until they are dispatched?
All of our cups are made to order.
All of our cups can take up to 2 weeks to make apart from our personalised cups. They take up to 3 weeks to make.
How will I know when my cup has been dispatched?
You will receive a fulfilment email when your cup has been packaged & is on its way to the post office.
Where can I purchase heat bands & silicone lids separately?
If you’ve lost your lid or are looking for some added heat protection for your cup, both these items can be purchased separately on our website.
Will my cup look like the picture on your online store?
Not exactly as they are all handmade (not machine made) therefore the colours & shapes vary slightly.
What size cup is equivalent to a regular coffee?
A ‘regular’ sized coffee varies depending on which café you go to. Coffee shops offer either a 6oz or a 8oz for their regular size. We recommend our 12oz cup as it offers all of our 3 sizes in the one cup.
Are your cups dishwasher safe?
We recommend you hand washing our cups in soapy warm water. This eliminates any chances of it being knocked & breaking.
Can I purchase a bulk number of cups for my client/staff as gifts?

What happens if my cup hasn’t arrived yet?
Feel free to send us an email & we will look into it for you!
What do I do if I’ve entered in the wrong details when placing my order?
If you have noticed that you’ve given us the wrong details, please let us know ASAP.
If your cups hasn’t been dispatched, we will be able to rectify it for you. However, if your cup has already been dispatched & is returned to us by the courier due to incorrect information, you will be charged additional fees.
What do I do if my cup arrives broken?
Please notify us via email within 24 hours of receiving your cup. You must provide a photo of the broken cup & the packaging it arrived in. We will organise a replacement for you. However, if you notify us after this time period, unfortunately there is nothing we can do.
Can I change my order after it’s been placed?
No, unfortunately as these are made to order you can’t. We suggest that you choose wisely as after the order has been placed, it can’t be changed.
Do you offer exchanges?
Please choose your products wisely as we do not offer a swap on your item nor do we exchange if you make a mistake or simply change your mind.
