How to handle & care for our product
Our cups are made of ceramic & need to be handled with love. If dropped, they may crack or chip. We recommend you to thoroughly hand wash our cups as they are not dishwasher safe. Also we don’t recommended for you to put our cups in the microwave as ceramic can heat up too quickly & become too hot to handle.
Before you return a The Ceramic Mill product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted on a pottery wheel which results in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. Please note that our size measurements are a guide only and may vary.
Handmade by definition means a glorious uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.
We want you to feel comfortable when placing an order.
We offer returns in a few situations. If the item arrives broken, cracked or chipped from shipping we will replace it or refund the item. If the item is flawed in some way, we will replace it. This is unlikely as we inspect everything several times and package well, but nonetheless, things can happen and we want you to know that we will make it right. All refunds or replacements are to happen within the first 7 days of receiving your item. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do after this period.
Please choose your products wisely as we do not offer a swap on your item nor do we exchange if you make a mistake or simply change your mind.
Please know that we have regulations when it comes to purchasing wholesale through us.
All invoices for wholesale orders must be paid upfront before receiving your batch. Please note that if your delay your payment, you delay the production of you cups as well as the delivery or dispatch date. We will not be at fault for these.

We do not offer refunds on Customised pieces. As all of our cups vary slightly in appearance, the same goes for the Logo/picture that is stamped onto our product. Please notify us if you believe there is an issue from then we will decide if we need to replace the item.
Please allow up to 14 business day to receive your order. Please note that once the package has left Australia, we are not responsible if the product gets lost in transit. If the product arrives damaged we will happily replace it given you let us know within the first 7 days of your package arriving. We suggest you check your product carefully when you receive it. You may be required to provide photo evidence.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. The Ceramic Mill reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Upon cancellation of an order we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received monies will be refunded using the method received.
The Ceramic Mill, including our directors, partners, shareholders, employees and other third parties associated with running this Website is not liable to the maximum extent permitted by law to you or anyone else for any loss of income, profit, contracts, goodwill or financial loss or damage without limitation suffered as a result of negligence or otherwise arising in connection with use of this Website or the products sold on it.
Prices are subject to change without notice. There may be duties and taxes added to your package by the destination country. You will be responsible for these upon delivery and are not included in your order total.
The delivery times provided by this Website are estimates only however, all orders require a minimum of 3 weeks to manufacture and additional time for delivery. The Ceramic Mill will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.
The Ceramic Mill collects basic information required to service your requests, including your name, mailing address, email and phone number. This information is gathered when you purchase products. Your card information is requested only when you place an order and is submitted via the highest level of encryption to ensure the greatest amount of safety and security.
